We want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return guidelines:
Return Requirements:
Return Period: Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase date with the original receipt or gift receipt.
Condition: All items must be returned in like-new, working order with all original packaging materials (boxes, manuals, cables, accessories, etc.).
Receipt Required: Returns are not accepted without original receipt or gift receipt.
Fees:
Return Processing Fee: A 5% return processing fee applies to all returns.
Open Box Fee: Items missing any original packaging materials are subject to a 15% open box fee (requires special approval) in addition to the processing fee.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom items
Digital products and downloads
Opened storage devices (hard drives, flash drives, memory cards, etc.)
Clearance/final sale items
Return Process:
Exchanges: Available in-store only
Shipping Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refund Method: Refunds issued to original payment method
Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for refund processing
Defective Products:
If your item is defective, we will exchange it or provide a full refund within the return period.
